A selection of healthy and wellness meal options by SriLankan Catering earned the Inspirations Mercury Award (‘Healing food – Nature’s way to good health’) for the year of 2011. The International Travel Catering Association’s prestigious Mercury Awards were presented during the ITCA Abu Dhabi Gala dinner and held at the Shangri-La Hotel Waterside Gardens on 27th November 2012.
