SriLankan Catering achieved the rare feat of winning two of the seven prestigious Mercury Awards at a glittering ceremony at the ITCA global convention in Nice, France on 17th February, 2011, for the performing year of 2010. The two Mercury Awards were awarded under ‘Heavy Equipment’ category for its innovative Food Waste  Sterilization System and ‘ITCA Environment’ for its environmental conservation programme.
